1Acceptance of Terms

2.2 One Account per User

Strictly permitted one account per CPF, per email address, and per primary device. Creating multiple accounts — whether using your own details, someone else's, or fictitious information — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all accounts involved, along with the cancellation of any balances and pending withdrawals. 79m001 uses duplicate account detection technology and reserves the right to carry out checks at any time.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Any changes to relevant details — such as a new phone number linked to Pix or a change of address — must be reported to 79m001 support as soon as possible. Providing false information may result in immediate account closure and the withholding of balances until the matter is resolved.

3Account Use

Each user is solely responsible for the security of their 79m001 account credentials — login, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 79m001 will never ask for your password through any support channel.

Your 79m001 account is personal and non-transferable. Using the account on behalf of third parties, managing bets for others, or allowing anyone else to access your account — even with your permission — is strictly prohibited. All transactions carried out using an account's credentials are the responsibility of the registered account holder.

4Deposits

4.1 Accepted Methods

79m001 accepts the following deposit methods, all exclusively in Brazilian Reais (R$):

• Pix — via QR Code or key, available 24/7 including holidays, with instant credit;
• Credit and debit card — Visa, Mastercard, and Elo, in the account holder's name, instant credit;
• Boleto bancário — compensation within 1 business day after payment;
• PicPay — via wallet balance or linked card, instant credit;
• Mercado Pago — via wallet balance or QR Code, instant credit;
• TED Transfer — via any bank (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Santander, Inter, etc.), credited the same business day if sent by 5 PM.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00 for Pix and card, and R$ 50.00 for TED transfers. Deposits are only accepted from accounts and cards held in the name of the 79m001 account holder — payments made by third parties are not accepted. Deposits of unidentified or suspicious origin may be returned and the account subjected to a security review.

79m001 does not charge fees on deposits. Any banking fees charged by the user's bank or digital wallet are the user's sole responsibility.

5Withdrawals

5.1 Method and Requirements

Withdrawals at 79m001 are processed via Pix only, to the Pix key linked to the account holder's CPF. Withdrawals to Pix keys under a different name, to third-party accounts, or to keys of a different type (other than CPF, except where approved by support) are not permitted.

The minimum withdrawal is R$ 30.00 and the maximum daily limit is R$ 20,000.00 per account. Withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 may require identity verification before processing. 79m001 does not charge withdrawal fees — the full requested amount is transferred directly to the user's bank account.

5.2 Processing Timeframe

The average processing time for Pix withdrawals at 79m001 is approximately 5 minutes after internal approval. Withdrawals requested during business hours (8 a.m. to 10 p.m.) tend to be processed faster. 79m001 operates its withdrawal system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including national holidays.

5.3 Balance Eligible for Withdrawal

Only the real balance — from deposits and winnings on bets placed with real funds — is available for withdrawal at any time. Bonus balance may only be withdrawn after the applicable rollover requirement has been fully met. The platform displays the balance available for withdrawal separately from the total active balance in the user's wallet area.

6Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New 79m001 users are entitled to a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to R$ 500.00. The bonus is automatically credited after the first qualifying deposit (minimum R$ 20.00) and is available in your wallet as bonus balance, separate from your real balance.

6.2 Rollover Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds and any winnings generated from them, you must meet the rollover requirement below:

• Sports Betting (pre-match and live): 5× the bonus amount received. Only bets with odds of 1.50 or higher contribute in full toward the rollover;
• Live Casino, blackjack, slots, and crash games: 30× the bonus amount received;
• Cancelled, voided, or cashed-out bets settled before the final result do not count toward the rollover;
• The bonus balance validity period is 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited. After this period, any unused bonus balance is automatically cancelled.

6.3 Recurring Promotions

7Sports Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Registration and Confirmation

A bet is considered valid and registered only after confirmation by the 79m001 system, evidenced by a protocol number displayed on screen and recorded in the user's betting history. Bets not confirmed due to a connection failure or browser closure before confirmation are not registered and no amount is deducted from the balance.

7.2 Cancellations and Postponements

If an event is cancelled, postponed by more than 48 hours, or suspended before it begins, all bets placed on it will be voided and the staked amount fully refunded to the user's balance. In multi-bet (accumulator) wagers, the selection on the cancelled event is treated as "void" — the calculation is redone without it, keeping the remaining selections valid at the adjusted odds.

In football, matches interrupted after kick-off (due to weather conditions, on-field incidents, etc.) follow this rule: if the full 90 regulation minutes were not completed, the bet is voided and the stake refunded — unless the result has already been determined and the wagered market is closed.

7.3 Live Betting and Cash Out

On 79m001's live betting, odds are updated in real time. The platform may temporarily suspend a live market during high-volatility moments — such as immediately after a goal, red card, or player injury. Bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical error ("ghost" odds) may be voided by 79m001 after review.

Cash out — the early settlement of a bet — is calculated based on the live odds at the time of the request. The value offered for cash out may vary, and 79m001 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of this feature for all events or at all times.

7.4 Odds Errors

79m001 makes every effort to publish accurate odds. In the event of a manifest error — an odd clearly out of line with market standards, such as 50.00 on a heavy favourite — the platform reserves the right to cancel bets accepted at the incorrect odd, returning the staked amount to the user's balance.

8Casino, Blackjack and Crash Games

The online casino games available on 79m001 — including slots, roulette, baccarat, live blackjack, and crash games like Aviator — use random number generators (RNG) certified by independent laboratories. 10Account Closure

10.1 Account Closure by the User

10.2 Closure by 79m001

11Limitation of Liability

Technical failures beyond the platform's control — such as internet provider outages, third-party payment gateway failures, or force majeure events — do not entitle users to compensation from 79m001.

12Privacy & LGPD
